Milliya Urdu D.Ed. College: This college is a solo unit College situated at Qilla Maidan, Beed (Maharashtra) was established in 1986. This is a National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) approved institution and offers a two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) focusing on teacher education. Established on a small land area of 2.35 acres, it is a college having a total intakes of one hundred students and has a strength of ten faculty members.

It recognises the need to offer appropriate learning environment as a strategic factor toward the achievement of the college’s goals for its students. It has implemented a number of features to complement the learning process in place which are as follows. Departmental based laboratories; The college provides practical training for students by employing departmental based laboratories so as to enable the students work on real life projects in their areas of training. The institution also is aware of the need for physical education and arrange for gymnasiums to encourage students to balance their academics and their health. There is a campus auditorium where different functions and seminars are held, creating active scholars’ life. Moreover, the college has also developed appealing IT facilities that equip students with modern IT and other necessary learning facilities of the modern academic year.

The Milliya Urdu D.Ed. College concerns itself only with teacher education and trains students in a single full-time course: the D.El.Ed. This one is a two years programme aimed at producing professional primary/elementary education teachers.
