Mohammadia Tibbia College and Assayer Hospital, Malegaon, was established in 1981. It is an affiliated college that is located in Malegaon, Maharashtra, and it is a co-educational one. It has two courses in Unani medicine. The CCIM has recognised this institute, and it has 35 faculty members working here. With its specific focus on traditional medicine, the college works to seek skilled practitioners in the Unani system of medicine. 

Besides these, the college provides plenty of learning and development facilities for its students. It serves as a rich storehouse to the students in terms of medical literature and research material. For practical training, this college has very well-equipped departmental labs where hands-on experience is given to the student regarding the subject or stream in which he or she is pursuing studies. Mohammadia Tibbia College and Assayer Hospital, an affiliated college of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, offer two full-time courses. Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) and MD llmul Advia. The BUMS course, which is the mainstay of the college, has an approved annual intake of 60 students. This six-year course makes students ready to work in the traditional healing system. For advanced specialisation, a two-seater MD Ilmul Advia programme is offered to the students, enabling one to do thorough study and research in Unani pharmacology.

However, though the above criteria are available for admission into the BUMS programme, the main admission process remains the selection process from the NEET. Applicants must qualify in NEET for BUMS admission.
