About MSME Technology Centre, Visakhapatnam
MSME Technology Centre, Visakhapatnam was established in the year of 2018 with a vision to provide quality technical education to the students. The centre was established with the efforts of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to promote technological upgradation and skill development in the MSME sector. The centre is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The centre offers courses in Die & Mould Making and Mechatronics & Industrial Automation at diploma levels. MSME Technology Centre, Visakhapatnam also provides consultancy and production services in the field of design development and manufacturing technologies to MSME for the latest developments in tool & die, precision machinery, aviation and aerospace components and systems.
The MSME Technology Centre, Visakhapatnam believes in practical knowledge and hence 80% of the knowledge is provided through practical classes and 20% of the knowledge through theory. The faculty and the training staff are highly educated and provide good industrial exposure to the students.
The centre also provides job placements to its students. Several placement drives, industrial training programs, seminars, workshops and guest lectures are organised from time to time.
