Mysore School of Architecture, Mysore, an affiliated college founded in 2014, is situated in the beautiful city Mysore, Karnataka state. This is a co-educational institution which is approved by the Council of Architecture and it has a specialised interest in architectural education. Based on 2 acres of land, the institute has a student population of 44 and faculty of 15 members. The school offers only one course at the Bachelors level – Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with the approved annual student intake of 60 students clearly depicting the school’s concern towards focusing on graduated architectural education for proficiency in the field.

Mysore School of Architecture offers various physically developed and technologically developed institutes to improve the learning environment in the institute. The campus has different hostels for boys and girls, which provide twin-sharing occupancy with additional study and working spaces. The campus with Wi-Fi facilities is proper connectivity to support aspirations in knowledge improvement. There are books of architecture and related subjects amounting to over 450 volumes, the latest monthly periodicals and journal both Indian and foreign subscribed by the college library. Students also can use the online e-journal system called EBSCO. For the practical learning, the institute has computer laboratories equipped with latest hardware and multi-media software with Broad Band Internet connections. It also has indoor collapsible common rooms for leisure and games, outdoor area for badminton and volleyball and hygienically maintained canteen service.

Mysore School of Architecture has only one regular course at present and that is the accredited five year Bachelor of Architecture or B.Arch course. This college offered a five- year architecture course which has an initial capacity of 60 students for a more specialised and intensive architectural learning. The five years B.Arch course aims at providing students needed competencies and knowledge best suited for architectural practice, in which theoretical analysis is intermingled with practical experience.

Mysore School of Architecture follows national entrance tests for admissions into the school. Admissions are based on score in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main).
