Nagarjuna Institute of Management Studies is one of the shining management institute situated in Chekurapadu, Andhra Pradesh. The main course that forms the core of NIMS is its MBA programmes. The institute at the moment has the total student capacity of 195 and 120 out of them are the MBA seats. This is a two-year programme that is taken full time with a view of nurturing student’s with knowledge and skills to enable them fit in the complex business environment.

Some Admission to the institute is based on the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET), a state level test that provides entry to the management courses in the state.
