You are not eligible for taking the bftech entrance examination if you do not have pcm (physics, chemistry, maths) in your 12th standard.since you had commerce in your 12th grade ,so you are definitely in eligible for getting admission in bftech in nift.for more details about the eligibility criteria

There msut not be any "should" as you are already deprived of top NIFT's like Delhi (closing rank- 45 last year), Mumbai(120), Bangalore(160), Kolkata(220), Hyderabad(250) and even Gandhinagar too.
So with this rank you are only left with NIFT Chennai as your major option or else KAnnur or
