National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai releases the NITIE Mumbai MBA cutoff after the declaration of the CAT result. In order to be admissible to PG courses in NITIE Mumbai such as Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDSM), NITIE releases CAT cutoff for admissions.
Admission to these courses is purely based on the NITIE Mumbai CAT cutoff. CAT is conducted in November, and the CAT result is announced by IIM Bangalore in the first week of January. Candidates applying for NITIE Mumbai admissions must meet the eligibility criteria set by the institute. NITIE Mumbai selection process commences in April. However, IIMs do not play any role in the NITIE Mumbai selection process or conduct of NITIE postgraduate programmes. In order to be eligible for NITIE admission to courses that take CAT scores such as PGDIM and PGDISEM, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria given below:
Candidates should have an Engineering/Technology graduation degree in any branch with an aggregate of 60% marks (55% in the case of SC/ST/PD candidates)
Final year Engineering/Technology candidates can also apply, provided they qualify the above criteria for exams that appeared to date. Students appearing for final year exams are permitted to submit their results by an allotted time frame. Their admission stands cancelled in case they fail to meet the qualifying requirements.
Candidates are required to have a valid CAT score
Sponsored Seats: Seats are available for Sponsored candidates in PGDISEM. Sponsored candidates must be from reputed industrial organisations/ academic institutions. The candidates must have 60% marks aggregate in Engineering/Technology with two years of full-time work experience as on. CAT score is not required for sponsored candidates. However, they are required to attend a written test and personal interview to be conducted at the institute.

The candidates seeking admission to PGDIM and PGDISEM courses are granted the final admission after going through the NITIE Mumbai selection process. The phases of the selection process are:
Eligible candidates are required to apply online and register themselves for admission in 2023
Once the NITIE Mumbai CAT cutoff is announced, shortlisted candidates are called for group discussion and personal interview rounds
A final merit list is then released based on the composite score which considers the candidate’s academic records, CAT score, work experience (if any), and performance in the GD and PI
For both PGDIM and PGDISEM programs, 15 percent of the approved intake (in the supernumerary quota) are reserved for international students. Sponsored seats are available for candidates in the PDSIEM program. The sponsored candidates must fill out the sponsorship form which is available on the NITIE Mumbai official website.

Yes in my college there are all necessary goods are available which is required for students.And also in my college have a library, free WiFi, sports room and also have a canteen.the college neat and clean and also have very experienced teacher which have lot of knowledge.
The infrastructure is decent. NITIE has India's the tallest hostel building with a breathtaking view of 3 water bodies surrounding the campus. NITIE has a state-of-the-art academic cum library building with 3 floors and an underground library. Hostel rooms are spacious and have good air circulation and all the necessary amenities. We had 24X7 high-speed internet facility all over the campus. The college lacks a canteen, everything is available at the doorstep through food ordering apps.
All infrastructure are there in state of the art form, proper hostel, smart classrooms, High speed WI-FI, canteens etc. The maintenance and cleanliness are of top grade, despite being a govt institute, maintenance is at par with any private institute.
