The National Institute of Nursing was established on 26th Feb 1998 under the Society Registration Act. The institute is managed by the S.S.K Educational Society. The college is approved by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.

The institute is not very vast, but the campus is specious with every class having good ventilation system. The medical facilities are very good and appropriate. The quality of food served is also good. sports and other activities are not much encouraged.the living spaces are clean .
