About NIA Pune
National Insurance Academy Pune was established in 1980 by the Ministry of Finance - Government of India. The college offers PGDM programmes in two specialisations that are Insurance & Risk Management and Technology Management. NIA Pune courses are approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). Students must ensure to meet the minimum admission eligibility criteria to enrol in the programmes.
PGDM Insurance & Risk Management has been approved by AICTE, accreditated by the NBA and is granted equivalence to an MBA by the AIU.
National Insurance Academy fee structure for the PGDM programme is Rs 12,00,000 for two years.
NIA Pune admissions are done through CAT 2026/ XAT 2027/ CMAT 2027 entrance exams.
