ApplyNav Sahyadri Charitable Trust Venue for Teacher Education, Pune, is an idol institution for teacher education. The way a student enters the college is purely based on merit, intended for deserving candidates for admission for B.Ed. and M.Ed.
The college has a merit-based admission process as we have designed because of the different types of policies that form the state government or UT administration or concerned university. B.Ed. admissions are based on qualifying examination and/or entrance examination merit. For admission to the M.Ed course, selection criteria are similar, and include marks on the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection criteria as laid down by different policies of the state government, university, and UT administration.
Eligibility for B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses has been determined in accordance with the norms set by NCTE and University of Pune. The candidates must have completed their undergraduate degrees to pursue B.Ed courses and postgraduate degrees to enroll in an M.Ed program from a recognized university with the minimum percentage stated by the regulatory bodies.
Application Process

1. Eligibility Check: First, it needs to be ensured whether he/she is eligible for the course in which admission is to be taken, whether it be B.Ed or M.Ed.

Degree-wise Admission Process
B. Ed: The B.Ed program at Nav Sahyadri Charitable Trust's College of Education recognizes a permitted intake for 100 students. Admission is based on merit as judged by the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. These policies framed are accordance with that made by the state government, UT administration, and the university. It is, however, a two-year program which provides complete training on the theory and practice of education.
M.Ed: The M.Ed program at Nav Sahyadri has 50 sit accommodations. The process of M.Ed admissions is as for the B.Ed admission with consideration to the merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection criteria as per the policies of the state government, university, and UT administration. This is a course offered for a two-year duration for mains studies in education and teacher training.
