Neelam College of Engineering and Technology, Agra, is one of the premier academic institutions established in 2008. This affiliated college is spread over an area of 12.85 acres on Agra-Jaipur Highway. NCET is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and provides quality education in different streams of Engineering. The college offers a wide variety of 8 courses in 4 different degree programs, specializing in the fields of engineering, technology, and management, with a total student enrolment of 248 and a faculty strength of 41.

Neelam College of Engineering and Technology has excellent facilities to enhance the learning environment and all-round development of its students. The library, being one of the strong branches of academic resources, has more than 24,000 books, subscription to over 100 journals and periodicals, an e-library, and a book bank. NCET provides individual hostel facilities for boys and girls with a capacity of 350 and 100 students, respectively. These hostels are provided with all basic facilities, which include round-the-clock water and power supply, well-ventilated rooms, and common areas with LCD TVs. Much attention is given to the health of the students at the college through a medical facility, with a full-time medical officer and an ambulance on campus in case of emergencies. NCET offers a wide range of full-time courses pertaining to various educational aspirations. The academic portfolio of the institute consists of 4 B.Tech programs, 1 M.Tech program, 2 Diploma courses, and an MBA program. Undergraduate B.Tech Programs are central to the qualifications offered by NCET, covering Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. A postgraduate M. Tech is offered in Computer Science and Engineering by the college. While the diploma courses are orientated towards Mechanical and Civil Engineering, the MBA is for the aspirant management professional.
