New Horizon College of Education, Bhagalpur was established in the year of 2014. Situated at Shahpur Tamauni, Bhagalpur district, this affiliated college comes under the recognition of NCTE. The institution maintains a good student-teacher ratio of 177 enrolled students and faculty strength of 24. New Horizon College of Education is running two full-time courses: B.Ed and D.El.Ed.

Candidates are admitted to the B.Ed. program based on performance in the qualifying examination or a suitably designed entrance test, as per state government/ university policies.
