Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, and the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility For Admission Under Convener Quota (Category A Seats):
A pass in AP Lawcet.
Degree or its equivalent (in 10 + 2 pattern) of a recognized University.
A pass in the qualifying examination with 45% marks (including languages). 44.5% is rounded off to 45%.
For SC/ ST candidates the minimum percentage required is 40%.
A candidate who has secured 45% or more in B.Ed., or P.G. is also eligible even if one secures less than 45% in a Degree course.
A candidate who has obtained a Graduation or P.G. Degree through Open University System directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such study is not eligible for admission into a law course.
Admissions to Convener Quota are made by Convener, Lawcet. In addition to the above-stated eligibility criteria, admissions are made subject to various Government Orders of the AP State Government, the Rules of the Bar Council of India, and the Rules of Acharya Nagarjuna University.
Eligibility For Admission Under Management Quota (Category B Seats):
Eligibility criteria are the same as under Convener Quota.
AP Lawcet Qualification is not required.
Admissions into Management Quota are made by the Management of the college.
