Oxford College, Gwalior is one of the premier educational colleges situated at Gwalior (M.P.) was established in the year 2007. I am speaking of one co-educational college which is a branch of a big university and has been quickly giving education to young people over the years. Located at D-15, Basant Vihar, the college has the right location of covering a lot of areas in the city easily. The university provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses in total of 5, covers discipline areas across the college. The institution boasts itself of having a faculty of seventeen members most of whom freely dedicate their time to develop the expected future of a candidate.

It is for this reason that the college is determined to deliver an integral educational process which embraces facilities in learning institutions. The library has always been a significant landmark in the college whereby it contains all course books, journals and other reference materials.  The college’s internal environment is also a technological marvel that has Technological resources comprising of computer systems that supports high level of programming as well as internet connection and which supports cultivation of effective communication skills. In order to meet students’ needs, Oxford College has provided different hostels for male and female students in order to enable them live in a community. There is also eating place or known as cafeteria where students spend some time before they proceed to the next classroom.

There are five Full-time programmes offered by Oxford College, Gwalior, It provides courses in various fields of study to meet the requirements of all its students. The course portfolio consist of BBA, BCA, B.Lib.I.Sc, M.Lib.I.Sc, PGDCA etc which are mostly opted by the students. The college with a total student intake of 240 in sets, have BBA & BCA at 60intake each, B. Lib. I. Sc & M. Lib. I. Sc at 30 intake each and PGDCA intake of 60. The programmes included in this pack help the student to select programs that they may be interested in pursuing.

The admission policy of Oxford College Gwalior includes the totality of admission procedure as being merit oriented. As regards to the undergraduate programmes such as BBA and BCA, the admissions are conducted on the merit of the 10+2 standard examination and finally Group discussion/interview.
