Diploma in Civil Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Panchkula.

The Candidate should Pass in 10th examination from Board of School Education, Haryana, or equivalent examination from a recognized board/ university.

For 2 years lateral entry program 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics through Board Of School Education, Haryana or equivalent

For 2 years lateral entry program Vocational Students or ITI holders in any Engg. discipline

The admission to Diploma (Engg.) courses will be on the basis of DET - Ranks based on inter-se Merit of DET For candidates obtaining equal marks in DET merits, the candidate with higher marks in Math will be placed at higher Rank. If the candidate has same marks in Math, the candidate having higher marks in science will be placed at higher Rank. For the candidate having same marks in science, the candidate having higher marks in English will be placed at higher Rank For the candidate having same marks in English the senior in age will be placed at higher Rank.
ADMISSIONS IN DIPLOMA (Engg.) UNDER HARYANA GOVT. SCHOOL TOPPERS (HGST) AND KASHMIRI MIGRANTS (KM) QUOTA.The admission to Diploma Engineering courses will be on the basis of percentage of aggregate marks obtained in qualifying exams in Mathematics, Science, Social Studies , English and Hindi. Candidates should also be passing in all the subjects mentioned above.
