Patel Co-Educational Teacher Training College was established in 2008 and is one of the most popular teacher training college situated in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. This NCTE affiliated college aims to prepare the future educators and offers a comprehensive number of educational programmes for it. Spread over 1.1 acres, this college provides education to 290 students in total and is staffed by 27 faculty members who provide proper attention to each student. The institute is presently offering four specific programmes in teacher education to meet the challenges at different levels of education.

The Patel Co-Educational Teacher Training College teaches a total of four courses of full time study, all of which are of a sensible nature with a view of satisfying educational requirements. Currently, the college offers the programmes B.ED, BA B.Ed, B.Sc B.ED, D.EL.ED among others. These are general courses required to be offered to meet the needs of training teachers for different classes from the elementary level to subject matter education at higher classes. The total number of students admitted across all the courses are 300 with 100 for B.ED course and 100 for D.EL.ED course and 50 each for the integrated BA.B.ED and B.SC.B.ED courses. This broad offer enables learners to select the subject they wish to become employed in as educators after graduation.

Admission for Patel Co-Educational Teacher Training College is in conformities with the regulation set by the state government. Concerning the B.Ed program, Universuty has admission policy for tut or pre teacher education test conducted by dungar college bikaner only. Just like the organ of integrated BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed admissions, the college allotments are done on the basis of merit of marks obtained in the entrance test.
