Phondaghat Education Society's Arts and Commerce College, Phondaghat. This college was inaugurated in the year 1995, and NAAC accredited the college. Though the prime focus areas are limited to undergraduate levels of Arts and Commerce streams, the college has a compact campus of 3.95 acres, which accommodates 345 enrolled students who have 13 hardworking faculty members aiding to them.

There are varied amenities that Phondaghat Education Society's Arts and Commerce College has to support the learning process in students.
