Pillai HOC College of Architecture, Rasayani, established in the year 2010 Located in Panvel, Maharashtra. The Institute is approved by the Council of Architecture and runs a 5-year full-time B.Arch programme with 325 students enrolled; the faculty strength is 22 Total student enrolment at the college ensures a balanced gender ratio with 52% girls and 48% boys.  The college is affiliated with Mumbai University.

In fact, Pillai HOC College of Architecture campus is facilitated with an array of modern facilities to support students towards both their academic and personal growth. Admission Procedure at Pillai HOC College of Architecture is entrance-based with the criteria decided by regulatory bodies. Admission is based on a valid score in the National Aptitude Test (NATA) in Architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. The institute also accepts the JEE Main score.
