Established in the year 1995, Priyadarshini Engineering College, Vellore currently offers programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. At the UG level, Priyadarshini Engineering College offers the BE/B.Tech programme in a total of 6 disciplines and at the PG level, PEC Vellore offers the ME programme in a total of 4 disciplines, MBA and MCA programmes. 

Admission in the BE/B.Tech programme at Priyadarshini Engineering College, Vellore is made on the basis of performance of the candidates in the Class 12th examination. Admission in the ME programme is made on the basis of CEETA- PG rank and scores and admission in the MBA and MCA programmes at PEC Vellore is made on the basis of rank obtained by the candidates in the TANCET exam. 

Priyadarshini Engineering College provides Placement Assistance to both the UG and PG programmes students through its Training and Placement Cell. The college provides Hostel, Library, Medical, Transport, Sports and various other facilities to the students.
