Priyadarshini Engineering College, Vellore Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college provides Hostel facility to the Boys students. The college has three Hostel blocks for men which can accommodate more than 750 students. A separate Library, Reading Room and a Shop are located in the Boys Hostel.

Priyadarshini Engineering College, Vellore provides a separate Hostel facility to the Girls students. The college has three Hostel Blocks for women, in all accommodating more than 400 students. A separate Dining Hall is also available in the Girls Hostel which has a seating capacity of approximately 100 students.

The college has a Clinic which provides First Aid facility and other Medical Assistance to the students at the staff members during the time of medical emergency. 

The college has a full air conditioned Gym which is equipped with various modern exercise equipment and machines. 

Priyadarshini Engineering College has a Central Library which has a rich collection of Books, National and International Journals, Magazines and Newspapers. The Books are classified and arranged according to the UDC Scheme. The college Library has an Institutional Membership with the DELNET, NDL and NPTEL access. The college also has multiple Departmental Libraries. The Library has a fully computerised automated system for the transaction of the Books and other reading materials. The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is available in the college Library.

PEC Vellore provides various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to the students in the college campus. 

PEC Vellore has a Computer Centre which is a central facility providing computing support to the students, faculty and research staff for academic and office automation purposes. The Computer Centre has more than 1300 computers to afford computing facilities and Internet services. The Computer Centre provides system administration and technical support which include Software Installation, Network Monitoring, Internet connection and digital library. The Centre supports an institute wide fibre optic network and wireless that connects all the academic departments, Hostels and Library to the Computer Centre.

The college has a Canteen which serves healthy and nutritious food and snacks to the staff members and the students at reasonable prices. 

Priyadarshini Engineering College, Vellore has an Auditorium and Seminar Halls where a number of formal and informal events of the college take place throughout the year.
