PT Hukum Singh Education College is an affiliated educational institution of Uttar Pradesh, situated in Mathura, established in the year 2014. Co-ed college in Karab, Mahavan, preparing future educators, recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) ensures quality in teacher education. 

The library is one of these facilities that acts as a resource centre availing a wide range of educational materials and literature to the students. To complement this, the college well-equipped departmental laboratories enable a hands-on experience in the practice domain of study for the student. PT Hukum Singh Education College currently offers only one major course. Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). It is a two-year full-time course that takes students into career-oriented areas of work involved with primary and elementary education. This college has an intake of 100 approved seats in this course; therefore, it can train a considerable number of aspiring teachers to teach elementary education every year. 

Admission Procedure The state government of Uttar Pradesh has introduced the merit-based system of admission in PT Hukum Singh Education College. Admission is purely on the basis of merit and the criteria for the same are strictly in accordance with the choices laid down by the qualifying examination, which generally is the higher secondary (10+2) or equivalent, and may conduct an entrance examination or other selection processes as applicable under the then prevailing state policies.
