Eligibility for Polytechnic/Diploma :
The Candidate should pass 10th/S.S.C or its equivalent, with a minimum of 35% of marks and qualifying for the entrance exam (POLYCET) conducted by the Board of Technical Education, A.P.

Eligibility for Diploma -Lateral entry- Direct 2nd Year Polytechnic:

• For IVC (Intermediate Vocational Course) Passed outs :
• Those who Has Passed an Intermediate vocational course(IVC) and passed in relevant bridge course with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry subjects as applicable conducted by a board of Intermediate education are only eligible
•  For ITI Passed outs:
• Those who secure 60% at ITI and also passed in bridge course examination conducted by SBTET with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry are only eligible.
