Raigarh College of Education Raigarh was established in 2014 and is one of the renowned teacher education institutes situated in Chhattisgarh, India. This coeducational institute that is affiliated with a university aims at nurturing the prospects of educationists. It is spread across an area of 1 acre; the college has been recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Raigarh College of Education was established with an enrolment capacity of 227 students, and at present, it has 20 staff members, which gives the college the required strength of students and staff who are dedicating their time towards the teaching field. 

Raigarh College of Education has at its disposal various facilities aimed at boosting the learning of students in the institution. Raigarh College of Education currently offers one primary course: The following degree programme is proposed CONT: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). This is an offence-based, two-year full-time course relevant for students who wish to pursue a career in teaching. The college has been approved for the enrolment of 100 seats for this programme to keep the student-teacher ratio into consideration to provide good quality education to all the students. This approach means that the institution can direct a great deal of attention and effort towards offering a holistic approach towards teacher training. 

The admission process followed into admission in this college for the course of B.Ed. is on a merit basis depending on the marks the student has scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance exam, as the case may be. The college operates under an admission policy formulated by the state government, the UT administration, and the affiliated university.
