Rao Mool Chand College of Education, Narnaul, was established in the year 2008. It is an affiliated college located in Khatoti Khurd, Narnaul, Haryana. It is co-educated and caters in a compact area campus of 0.65609 acres for the training of would-be teachers. The two courses in education offered by the college are approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. A college of 195 enrolled students, and a faculty strength of 22, ensures a favourable student-teacher ratio to emphasise natural individual attention for quality education.

The D.El.Ed. programme, which is also of a two-year duration, is for training teachers for the primary and upper primary levels. All these programmed have been designed to incorporate theory along with practical skills in teaching to enable students to face the challenges in education.              

The admission procedure in both of the programs for Rao Mool Chand College of Education is centralised and based on the state government's guidelines. According to that, the University of Haryana conducts counselling on a rotational basis for the B.Ed program. Admission to D.El.Ed. courses will be merit-based, entrusting due weight-age to the marks scored in the eligible examination and/or entrance examination, as per the policy of the state government.
