    Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Botany shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Eligible candidates aspiring to pursue the course need to have attained a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 55% (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a recognized University.

    Admission Details

    Through Entrance Examination Conducted by Rayat Bahra University followed by Interview of selected candidates. CSIR/UGC/NET Qualified is exempted from entrance examination.
