This co-ed college is an unaided affiliated college, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. A total student enrolment of 526 and a faculty strength of 37 make RCRIMT a focused learning place located amidst a 2.5-acre green campus. The institute offers two undergraduate and two postgraduate programmes, that is, BBA, BCA, MBA and MCA, out of 51, which have 180 seats each. These programmes cater to students who aspire to build a strong career in the area of management and computer application.
RCR Institute of Management and Technology has a variety of facilities. The college has a library facility that is one of the important knowledge centres for students, with a huge aggregation of books.
