RCERT is famous College in Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and was founded in 2003 under self-financed scheme of government of Rajasthan. This affiliated college approved by AICTE New Delhi offers wide avenues of engineering and management courses. Currently occupying a large 7 acre land and providing technical education in the region RCERT at a total strength of 508 students and 114 well trained faculty members.

Regional College for Education Research and Technology boasts of well equipped laboratories and learning facilities to improve on the teaching and learning environment of the institution’s students. The college has well-equipped laboratories with all modern technologies required to cater every student’s needs The laboratory section is updated frequently with new technologies and applications to help students to be familiar with the latest trends in the same field. The library occupying one full floor is one of the first fully automated college libraries in Rajasthan, it contain books, journals, and digital resources. RCERT offers accommodation to the students that need it through separate hostels for males and females, each with fully furnished rooms equipped with the necessities of the contemporary world together with a conducive environment to support the students academic endeavors.

Overally, six full time and eight part time programmes are offered, which makes; a total of 11 courses in 4 degree programmes to suit different learning goals. These are full time undergraduate engineering offering Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, and postgraduate programmes MBA and MCA. The Counseling for B.Tech has a great number for intake in every programmes but it more focuses on computer science and engineering having 120 seat while civil mechanical and electrical having 90 seats each. The college also have M.Tech courses in specialized areas of production engineering, power systems, communication systems, Structural Engineering for which 30 students are admitted each year.

The admission procedure in Regional College for Education Research and Technology mainly relies in the national and state entrance examination system. For B.Tech they have the option of examinations called Joint Entrance Examination Main and Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test.
