College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is not bad and is even developing and improving. Earlier there was no auditorium, but now its under construction. The canteen is the best part of this college. The classrooms are not big but still they are decent. The college campus is very cosy.
Academics
I’m studying b.com(h) and the teaching staff is very knowledgeable and supportive. Library is also well equipped with latest books and online resources to support learning. The curriculum is updated to some extent.
Placements
The college provides decent placement opportunities, especially for commerce students. The placement cell is also active and provides with good placement opportunities. Overall the placement environment is okayish.

BNM Institute of Technology has an average campus with multi- utility infrastructure. There is a Wi-Fi support and the labs are well-equipped. The hostel facilities, food facilities, medical services along with the sports activities are below satisfactory levels.
Academics
BNM Institute of technology holds a faculty of well qualified and well trained lecturers with over 5 years of experience. The curriculum considers an alignment with the industry trends, practical application of skills with inclusion of hands on projects and internships.
Placements
The total percentage of the students placed this year is around 49%. The academics is still running and the number will increase by another 20-30% making it reach nearly 60-75%. The average package offered in the college is 10 Lacs with the highest beings is 30 Lacs and the lowest being 5.5 Lacs. Almost all of the students will get internships by the end of this year.
Entire campus are full of peace, and greenery.

Our department is fully furnished with air-conditioned and large rooms and Wi-Fi. The infrastructure of our college is very good and classy. Library is big and has plenty of books and journals. The hostel provides 3 seater and 4 seater rooms with attached bathrooms and balcony.

Teachers in our college are helpful, knowledgeable, and highly educated. They solve the doubts of the students with one-to-one interaction. Teaching technique is impressive. Students can easily understand any concept. The course curriculum is relevant. If students study well, they can easily pass the semester exams.
Placements
Around 70% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, the average salary package is 5 LPA, and . Top recruiting co companies are TCS, Syllable, Wipro, etc.this is a good opportunity to us they provide so much of better placement of us

The college labs have not been updated to the latest technology for a long time. The keyboards, mouse and monitors have not been changed for more than a decade. The college cares only about its naac rating and makes the student body fill irrelevant forms and money that is of no use to us or the college itself.
Academics
The courses that the college provide has not been updated in a long time. Topics like 8086 microprocessor has not been relevant for many years but still they promote this in our subjects. Where many institutes promote ai and ml, our college promotes outdated technologies and outdated languages.
Placements
50 percent or more gets almost no offers and the ones that get offers do not earn more than 30,000. The college takes pride in placements which did not happen during the on-campus recruiting. They take all the credit in off-campus placements and promotes the students job offers as their doing and attract students to destroy their careers.
It is not as per my expectations.

The college promotes latest technology equipped labs on it's website, whereas the monitors and equipments have seen the better part of a decade. The college takes pride in it's library by promoting that it consists of the biggest collection of academic books where the truth is that books and articles are decade old and the ones that are upto date are not kept in adequate conditions and are barely in good shape.

The faculty is so old fashioned that the teachers are not current on today's technologies and upto date on languages. The teacher's have not the adequate amount of knowledge on the subjects they teach. The teachers when asked question about their subjects are left dumbstruck.
Placements
The college can promote it as a career ending stop in ones life. The college only is capable of being promoted as a degree providing shop as the student's have to work on their knowledge about subjects with getting zero help from the college and than they promote the placements of student's as their own success.

The placement scenario at the college is not very promising. Although the average package ranges from 4 to 5 LPA, very few companies actually visit the campus for recruitment. Most students have to find job opportunities on their own, as the college lacks strong industry connections. There is minimal support for internships, skill development, and career guidance, making it difficult for students to secure good placements. The training and placement cell needs to improve its efforts in bringing reputed companies and providing better job-oriented preparation. Overall, placements are weak and need significant improvement.

Campus life is decent mainly because of the hostel experience, where students from different states and cities come together, allowing for good networking and friendships. As a hosteler, this provides opportunities to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, which can be beneficial in the long run. However, apart from hostel life, the overall campus environment lacks vibrancy. There are very few extracurricular activities, and sports facilities are inadequate. The campus does not have a lively atmosphere, and events are not well-organized. While the social aspect in hostels is strong, the college itself offers very little in terms of an engaging campus life.

As a student, I can say that our college offers engineering, MBA, and MCA courses etc. In our campus, there are two academic blocks, APJ Block and RK Block, with departments assigned accordingly. Additionally, there is a separate Admission Block dedicated to the admission process.

On reviewing my college academics, I can say that in my 3rd semester, I studied Agile Development Methodology, where I learned key concepts such as Agile teams, Scrum teams, and Extreme Programming (XP). The placement for b.tech are bad but for overall campus it is good and the future look bright in the placement prospect. The placement year this year is bad but the past is good and can expect the similar for the future. in other courses it can be better and the fututr looks bright nd the design placement are better. For example year before this the highest placement for b.tech is 13 lakh and average was 6-7 lakh and for design highes was 18 lakh and average near 9 lakh which can give a preetty solid idea for placement.

In my second and third semesters, I studied career skills, and in my fourth semester, I am focusing on communication and aptitude.
