It covers essential subjects; for instance, in my third semester, I studied Java Programming and Design and Analysis of Algorithms (DAA). The placement scenario at our campus is generally strong. Notably, a senior from the 2024 batch secured a position at Teradyne with a salary package of 22 Lakhs Per Annum, one of the highest in that batch.

As a student at MKCE, I can say that the college offers numerous facilities. One such facility is the "MIC PORTAL," where we document our weekly mentor sessions. During these sessions, we discuss various topics, and the updates are recorded on the portal. Additionally, mentors provide feedback based on these discussions.

I have a well-structured curriculum in my department at MKCE. In my 7th semester, I studied subjects like Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Materials and Metallurgy , which provided insights into both the scientific and technological aspects of various additive and formative rapid manufacturing processes.
Placements
The placement cell is performing well, as many of my senior students have secured positions at TCS. Additionally, I have received an offer from INGAGE, along with me 17 other students from our batch got the offer from that company.
A decent go to choice when you're stuck in your hometown.

Infrastructure is pretty basic nothing much you can expect from a Tier-2 city college. They have the basic buildings provided like canteen, sports area and all the sections are also divided for different streams.

If you will be comparing colleges in Moradabad then on the academic side it is much better than the other options available. Teachers are good and they are interested in teaching new tech if the student is interested.

I graduated in 2021 and landed a job in Wipro. The placements are pretty average you won't be getting some whooping packages but atleast you will be having a decent job considering from a tier-2 city college.

Campus life is indeed a joke best is to keep your expectations pretty much low only. Recently they started freshers and farewell too back when i was studying we never had any type of Freshers.

So overall if you have no option to go out other than staying in Moradabad then it's better to choose MIT over any other college present in the city. If you will do some hardwork and have sheer amount of luck then you will be able to land a decent job after doing engineering from here.

I am studying Bachelor of statistical data science which is the first batch in the respective course.the course is running in hybrid mode from ISI Kolkata, Delhi and Bangalore. The curriculum is made keeping in mind the needs of 21st century and the industry needs.

The placement scenario at ISI is amazing. As it is the first batch so no previous year records are there but our batch people will be sitting with masters people for placements.last year highest package for masters was 63 LPA and the mean was around 17-20 LPA as the institute only used to allow asters people for placements till now .

Campus co-curricular activities are almost nil. There are almost no student bodies for different activities like debate, dance , drama etc. The only club isi has is isi club which comprises mostly of workers and staffs and not students.

Facilities provided by the college are good and sufficient. The hostel is well-maintained. Our college provides a mess and stationery, and both are closed on Sunday. ATM is available on the campus. The Kengeri campus is in the outskirts of the city. Facilities are limited here. The campus is far better than other central campus.

Faculty members in our college are well-qualified. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready. They highly focus on research by students. Students are continuously mentored by professions. They provide guidance whenever required. The college conducts corporate interfaces, seminars, etc.

A majority of students from 2022 batch got placement in companies like, Infosys, Asian paints, HUL, IBM and Wipro. The internships for our batch were mostly online and were not satisfactory. The pandemic situation made students take up online internship opportunities provided by the college. Highest salary offered in 2022 is 6.79lpa.

The quality of teaching is good if not great. The permanent faculties definitely do a great job when it comes to teaching, yet the syllabus remains stagnant. For the new batches the syllabus has changed, the results are expected to be satisfactory.

Placement for our department isn't that good. Companies prefer other institutes over Utkal when it comes to MBA. The highest package our department has got was 17lpa. The hiring company was an agriculture based startup.

Campus life in Utkal University is something a student won't be able to enjoy. Unlike other universities and colleges Utkal doesn't have NCC, Red Cross and other societies. There is no security for students inside the campus, and a constant threat of antisocial elements inside the campus.
