The academic quality at MKCE is excellent. In my 3rd semester, I studied Design and Analysis of Algorithms, which included both theory and lab sessions. The lab sessions were conducted through Codetantra, where we implemented algorithms in C, such as Greedy Algorithms, the Traveling Salesman Problem, and the Knapsack Problem etc.

The placement cell at MKCE is actively supporting students in securing opportunities. Notably, a student from the 2024 batch received job offers from Teradyne with a package of 16 LPA and iCubed Systems with a package of 22 LPA. Additionally, students from my batch have secured work-from-home internships with companies in Japan.

However, the food in the canteen for non-hostelite is overpriced. There isn't good infrastructure for sports and games.

Our teachers are extremely qualified with a very good percentage of faculty members holding doctorates. Most of them are very good at helping students understand concepts. The course curriculum is highly relevant and the syllabus is handpicked for our respective industries.

Last year, we had 60-70% of placements despite the recession. The highest salary package offered was 41 LPA and it was a foreign placement. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package was around 7 LPA - 9 LPA. Almost everyone got an internship from the college, if not by any company.
