Good infrastructure. More than 7 computer labs which contain nearly 70 systems with in-built software like MATLAB, etc. A gym and canteen are available with a good infrastructure and good food items in the canteen. No infrastructure related issues were there.

Here, the faculty are the best, helpful, well-qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable to us all the time we require. Like the coin has two sides, the vice versa exists too but on a small scale. The student to faculty ratio is 15:1. The smartboards are used to teach. There are lab sessions and A/V classes. They help us to have a good exposure to the industries. The course curriculum is useful, and it has its standard equal to many of the NITs.
Placements
In this university, we can get placements but not for our studies. We can't get core job as our wish. They will get you placed in any company, but mostly in IT companies, which is an irrelevant job for our studies. The CIR will help you in getting placed in any company.

Faculty members are Ph.D. holders and knowledgeable personnel. The teaching quality is good and helps students in seminars and projects. This curriculum is a little bit wider than in other subjects. Good coaching from faculty members prepares the students for a competitive world. Semester exams are not easy but standard in nature. Nearly 90% of students passed exams.

95% of students got placed in reputed companies like Cisco, TCS, Wipro, etc. The roles offered by the companies were Software developer, web developer, data analyst, data scientist, etc. Most of them got a salary package of about INR 10–12 LPA. Some students went abroad for higher studies.

Our college has a high-end infrastructure in academics. But when considering sports, even if we have all the facilities, it is not accessible for all students like volleyball court is accessible only for the college team. Placements are very good. 99 % students are placed in my batch and the senior batch. Average package is 3.3 LPA. Companies like TCS, INFOSYS, CTS, KPIT, MICROSOFT and many more visited our campus. Software engineer and developer were the posts offered.

It has a fully Wi-Fi equipped campus. There are many collaboration with foreign universities that allow student exchange program. A central library is also available which offers 1000's of books and journals. 2- basketball courts, football ground, ball badminton ground, gym with latest instruments, 2 indoor synthetic badminton court, 4 volleyball courts, Olympic level swimming pool (surrounded by beautiful mountains) are some of its facilities provided.

85% of students were placed in the selected course. The highest package offered was INR 57 lacs. The lowest package offered was INR 6.5 lacs. The top recruiters were Amazon, Bosch, Metro, and TCS Digital Arista. 75% of students got internships for the course at some of the major IT companies. Top roles like Deputy Manager, Senior Manager, AGM, and GM were offered.

Amrita university is spread across 500 acres and it houses academic buildings, swimming pool, staff- quarters, labs, classrooms, library, shopping complex. Playground. Etc. We have very good facilities in the hostel and food is also very good complete vegetarian and we will have 3-4 curries and we have hospital in the campus itself for emergency cases and we have good sports and games in the play ground .

The information and knowledge shared by the faculty was very helpful. There are professors who have graduated from IIT, IIM, etc. and those who were the former faculty of Harward, IIT, IIM, etc. The teachers used practical classes to explain so that the students have a better experience while learning. We had a lot of projects which helped us gain industry experience.
Placements
The placement has been a lot better from last some years. There were constant visitors like Deloitte, KPMG, Khimji Ramdas, Zoho, Bank of New York, TCS and many more. The highest package offered is 12-13 LPA. Many students got opportunities to do international internships from the college itself in the companies like Barakat Juice, etc.

They give homework with the continuous assignments and put a lot of pressure on the students so they will not get to do any extra activities apart from studies. Placements at Amrita are the best. The placement cell in our college provides the best training according to the company, which visit for placements. Almost 95% of the students from the computer science branch will surely get placements. The highest salary package offered in Amrita this year (2019 -2020) was 43 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The average salary package of 6 LPA can be offered to an average student. From our class,i.e., M.Tech in CSE branch, almost 99% of the students got internships, and all of them got placed in top companies like Microsoft, GE Power, Oracle, Dell and many more. I am thankful to our placement cell for providing such wonderful opportunities to prove ourselves.
