As an MCA student, I expected more in terms of infrastructure. Our program is about 1 km away from the main campus, which makes us feel a bit cut off. The building we’re in isn’t as nice as I thought it would be, and being so far from the main campus means we miss out on much of the lively campus life. I was hoping for better facilities and surroundings.

The courses are good, and the teachers are helpful, making sure we learn what we need for our future careers. However, because our MCA program is away from the main campus, we miss out on some academic events and resources that are easier to access for those on the main campus.

One of the best things about Chandigarh University is its placement record. The university does a good job of helping students find jobs, and many of our seniors have gotten well-paying positions. I am study in ENGINEERING Department as it is my interest. The teaching is good but here its slightly tilted towards exam based education. Here the curriculum is updated according to NBA standards regularly. Some teachers here encourage students towards reasearch,technical competitions etc

Hostel fee is Rs.30000 per month which is the living expense in the room. Rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Meals are not included in this price, we pay an extra amount if we have to add food to our package. The food is nice and manageable. The quality is very nice. As per affordability, it goes on a little expensive side.

In our college has a good faculty with a qualification of M.Tech and Ph.D. having an experience of 8 years to 25 years. Yes there are very helpful by giving a clear explanation of doubts for students and teaching style is very good by giving examples. They can take us to industrial visits that is 3- 5 industries for semester.

Placements here are average, i.e., almost 75%. The salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA to 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 4-5 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company of our course. HR is the top roles offered. The salary package offered in our course is 3.5 LPA. More than 60% of the students got internships from our course, and it is good
