College Infrastructure
College Infrastructure is good. Class and labs are equipped with ac and projectors. KIIT is fully wifi enabled. KIIT has over 10 food courts preparing different cuisines for the students. It also have international hostel only for the international student. The living spaces are clean but few food courts are unhygienic.
Academics
Academic is excellent at KIIT. The curriculum gets updated every year seeing the need of the subject in future. The teachers help the student in every respect. The lab assistant are also good in explaining small doubts. KIIT's calendar is good giving space to the students from study sessions.
Placements
One word for placement at KIIT is wow. Among all the private universities, Kiit receives the highest placement of 39lpa every year. Adobe recruited the highest . Followed by gaints like Amazon, microsoft, wipro , dell and rest.
Campus Life
College campus is really beautiful. KIIT is near to a hill and the campus is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. KIIT conducts manh international and national events for the students to have interactions with rest students . It provides a lot of scope to win scholarship.

Dont go by the size of the campus, we may not have a vast campus but the education is of quality, the teachers are experienced and friendly. Moreover there are no part time teachers, all of them are full time.

The placement is ok, but it depend upon the student how skilled they are depending upon which the salary varies. All necessary classes prior to job exams are arranged mock interview are also provided.

The 4 year of campus life is really great, we got helpful teachers friendly atmosphere and most importantly the Tech fest which are held twice a year.

The college doesn't have it's own campus. So in the temporary campus of the polytechnic college, the college doesn't have good classrooms, proper clean bathrooms etc. But some of the necessary amenities are provided though it needs improvement.

Academics of this college is really good. I'm studying MBA core here and I have taken general management in the 2nd year. So, the teaching quality is really good with highly qualified facilities. The curriculum is not that updated but it's getting improved every year.

Placements are not that good as it should be in an IIM. But as a new college it is trying very hard to bring companies like other emerging IIMs are trying to do. Also, the gender ratio & the workex - freshers ratio isn't stable which affects the placement to some extent.

This college is one of the oldest college in Kolkata. So the infrastructure is not that good. But all the necessary facilities and equipments are available. At the ground floor, there is a huge laboratory. There are Classrooms in a separate building. The Hostel is very near to the Main Campus. Library is also quite big and all the necessary books are available. Living rooms are clean and hygienic.

University of Calcutta is quite well known for the quality of study it provides. The teaching quality is really very Awesome. The curriculum is updated accordingly and follows the rules and regulations of AICTE. But the thing is that, the Classroom study doesn't make one ready for the job.

The Placement is not very good from this Campus. Since University of Calcutta has multiple campuses, and this Campus is only for Jute and Fibre Technology, so the placement Opportunity is not quite good. Still 60-70% Students get placed in some top and Start up companies. Also some IT companies come yo hire Non-core Students. The Average Highest package is 15 lakhs, offered by Raymond.

The Campus life is quite good. There's a common room for playing Carrom and Table Tennis. Junior Senior interaction happend mainly in the Common room. Also the relationship and the interactive Communication among the Students with others is also very engaging. The Campus is located at proper Ballygunge Fari, exactly beside the main road. I am a student of Computer Science Engineering Branch which was my choice because I always had a thing for coding and the cherry on the cake is that the faculty teaching me has a good knowledge about their subjects and always welcome us to solve our doubts and issues. The curriculum focuses on shaping our future hence makes us around 60% prepared for placement the rest 40% is aptitude which you have to study by yourself.

It provides 100% placement for students of Computer Science. Highest salary is of 39 L per annume and the average salary is of 8 L per annum. The college has a placement cell which helps you prepare for your placement from 2nd year itself and enlightens you about the companies you can appear the entrance for.

The campus has everything you'll need in a distance appropriate to walk. The students, teachers and staff are very supportive and always has your back to guide you through the situations which you feel you cannot deal with alone. It has its own personal hospital known as KIMS which is hardly 500 metres away from the hostel thus making it easy for the students to get medical help in case of emergencies.

Our classroom has facilities like a projector, a smartboard, a centralized AC, etc. The labs are well-equipped with many computers, and the library also has all the necessary books for B.Sc IT. The sports center allows us to play many types of games, and the living spaces in the hostels are also clean and hygienic. The food is good as well.

Placements at KU are not so good as mostly B Tech and MBA students get hired from the campus. There are very less core companies that visit to recruit IT students on the campus. The highest salary package was 12 LPA and the average was 3 LPA. The college is very supportive in case of placements.

Campus life at KU is beautiful as students can engage in sports, games, singing, dancing, drawing, and other project display competitions other than only studying academics. The teachers and support staff here are well-behaved and very friendly. The location is safe, and the medical center at KU can handle any type of emergency.
