RG College of Education, Vaishali, came into existence in the year 2017 as a co-educational, Ralphite institutional seat of learning with the aim of shaping future teachers. This affiliated college, located in the heart of Bihar, provides professional studies for teacher education. The institute has 239 students and a faculty strength of 32, hence providing an atmosphere congenial for learning. 

The college has provided various facilities within its campus to facilitate a better learning environment for its students. The school has a well-stocked library with more than 5,000 books, maintained by a professionally qualified librarian. It subscribes to periodicals, journals, and newspapers in various languages. Sets of science apparatuses in sufficient numbers are available to support practical experiments in laboratories. Equally, there is a fully equipped Computer Laboratory with internet facilities for staff and students to keep themselves updated about the changing trends in education and research. The infrastructural facilities are equally complementary: sports facilities, health center with first-aid service for physical well-being. A clean cafeteria and a large auditorium with a capacity of 250 audiences often serves as a platform for many academic and cultural events.

RG College of Education is presently running two full-time courses: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), with an equal intake in each. The B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses are two-year full-time courses tailored for aspirants looking forward to a career in teaching.  

RG College of Education filters in work-oriented and capable students in its courses. It follows a complete admissions procedure for the students. There shall be an entrance test that shall comprise General Knowledge and General Studies. This objective test shall be followed by a personal interview of the successful candidates as this allows analysis of aptitude and passion for teaching. Group discussion is also a part of their selection procedure, which allows the evaluators to assess the candidate in terms of communication skills and team spirit. This will ensure that admission is transparent and unbiased for all applicants.
