Roshan College of Education, Dhar, aims at producing future educator and was established in 2007 and is a co-educational institution. This affiliated college, situated in Prakash Nagar, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, reflects the institution’s quality of Teacher Education as it has got the approval from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college conducts two full time courses, B.Ed and D.El.Ed having an enrolment of hundred students in each course. Roshan College of Education has a strength of 15 faculty members and currently the college has a strength of 99 continuing students making it a fine place for aspiring teachers.

There are several facilities in the college intended to improve the learning environment of the learners. For the D.El.Ed programme, admission is done on merit basis such as, marks in qualifying & Entrance Test and as per any other rule made by state Govt/UT from time to time.
