Rotary Institute of Management and Technology, Chandausi also known as RIMT Chandausi was established in the year 2008 by Dr Bhagwati Prasad. RIMT courses are offered in a total of 9 programmes in the disciplines of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, Commerce, Sciences, Computer Application & IT, Management & Business Administration and Education at the undergraduate level in the BA, B.Com, B.Com Hons, B.Sc, BBA, BCA and B.Ed degree courses. RIMT Chandausi admissions to the said undergraduate BA degree courses are done on the basis of merit of the previous qualifying exam/ entrance exams obtained by the candidates. 

RIMT college has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Rotary Institute of Management and Technology is an affiliate college of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (MJPRU Bareilly). RIMT campus size is approximately 2.59 acres and the RIMT infrastructure consists of academic buildings, administrative blocks, auditoriums, library, classrooms, laboratories, and more available on the college campus. The institute also offers other RIMT facilities like cafeteria, sports facilities, IT infrastructure, medical clinic, gymnasium and more on the RIMT Chandausi campus.
