The eligibility criteria for SAL Engineering and Technical Institute (SETI) admission in B.Tech programmes are as under:
- 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject.
- Minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST students) should have been obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination.
SAL Engineering and Technical Institute (SETI) Application Process
Application process for admission to SAL Engineering and Technical Institute includes the following:
- Registration: The candidates are initially needed to register at the ACPC official website (www.jacpcldce.ac.in) and obtain a unique number.
- Submission of Documents: During registration, the candidates need to submit 10th and 12th mark sheets, domicile certificate (if applicable), and category certificate (if applicable) to the respective ACPC centers.
- Choice Filling: The candidates must fill college and course preferences on the ACPC website during the choice-filling period.
- Merit List: ACPC calculates and releases the merit list based on marks obtained in academics of the candidates and marks obtained in entrance tests.
- Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted to candidates based on merit rank and filled options.
- Fee Payment: After the seat is assigned in SETI, candidates need to pay the fee as stipulated within the due date in order to confirm SAL Engineering and Technical Institute (SETI) admission.
- Physical Document Verification: Candidates need to appear in person at SAL Engineering and Technical Institute for physical document verification and confirmation of SAL Engineering and Technical Institute (SETI) admission.
SAL Engineering and Technical Institute (SETI) B.Tech Wise Admission Process
SAL Engineering and Technical Institute offers four B.Tech courses: Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, and Information and Communication Technology. Common admission to all B.Tech courses is made and through the centralised admission process conducted by ACPC.
- B.Tech Computer Engineering: It is the flagship programme of SETI with approved strength of 120 seats. It is admitted on merit list prepared by ACPC, considering the performance of the candidate in the qualifying exam and entrance test.
- B.Tech Information Technology: 60 students are offered admission to this course by SETI. Admission process is as in other B.Tech courses and the contenders are shortlisted on the basis of ACPC merit list.
- B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering: 60 intake of seats for this course is also under ACPC centralised admission scheme for admission of students.
- B.Tech Information and Communication Technology: The admission process is the same as for other B.Tech courses run by SETI.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is not bad there are ac's in rooms and there are smart class rooms also and boards are also available over all infrastructure is very nice over all in rate infrastructure of college.
