Sant Rocha Singh Degree College was established in 2001 in the field of education in Jammu and is located at Babliana, Jammu and Kashmir and at present the college is Co-educational college. And this affiliated College provides a wide and vast programme of study for an undergraduate degree in different field of specialisation. Located in a small area of two acres, the college ensures effectiveness in providing learning environment. Larut has 22 members in the faculty and therefore has the caretakers of the quality education in the institution.

Sant Rocha Singh Degree College has all the facilities that seeks to complement the learning process of students studying in the college. The campus contains a dorm section for female students and a dorm section for male students so that the extra town students can comfortably live in the hostels.
