SAS Institute of Management Studies is an affiliated college established in the year 2006. Located at Boisar, Palghar District, Maharashtra, it extends over 1.05 acres. The institute is approved by AICTE and NCTE. This is a co-educational institution having only one course across one degree, with a total student enrolment of 280 and a faculty strength of 20.

Admission to the B.Ed. programme is on a merit basis, on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination and entrance examination as per the policy of the state government and university.
