SB Patil College of Architecture and Design, Pune was established in the year 2014 as one of the pioneering colleges in the state of Maharashtra for architectural education. The affiliated college is located in Sector 26, Pradhikaran, Nigdi, near Akurdi Railway Station, and is approved by the Council of Architecture and accredited by NAAC. The total student strength of the institute is 364 on its 2.59 acres campus with 58 percent females and 42 percent male students. The institution has also maintained a healthy student-faculty ratio of 38 faculty members.
