School of Juridical Science, JIS University, Kolkata: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The college was established in 2014 and is a school of JIS University, Kolkata. This affiliation ensures approval from the UGC (University Grants Commission). The BCI also approves the legal courses here, (Bar Council of India), SJSJU Kolkata offers, BBA LLB, LLB, LLM, and PGD in the stream of Law. Candidates seeking admission should satisfy the eligibility criteria and other requirements for RBUSL admissions 2024. SJSJU Kolkata LLB admissions are given based on merit scores. LLM admissions are given based on LLB degree scores. 

Candidates must be eligible for the entrance examination before moving further in the admission process. A relaxation of 5% of marks may be granted in favour of scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes students in the qualifying entrance examination. The duration of the SJSJU Kolkata LLB course is 3-5 years while the SJSJU Kolkata LLM course is covered 2 years.

Sealdah and Howrah are two major railway stations in Kolkata, and depending on the campus location, one of these stations could be more convenient.
