72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time three/six-year Doctoral program and it is offered by School of Law, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.M. Degree (regular mode) form recognized University in any discipline and bachelor`s Degree in Law (regular mode) form recognized University.
- Degree in Law and Master`s Degree in Law Considered equivalent to M.Phil. Degree of an Indian Institution or from a foreign educational Institution accredited as per UGC regulations.
- Judge of any State High Court in India with Three Years` or Judge of Supreme Court of India and Members of tribunals.
