SIPS courses are offered at UG, PG, and diploma levels.
The college is the only premiere private technical institution in the North Orissa region offering D.Pharma, B. Pharma, and M.Pharma. Seemanta Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jharpokharia offers admissions to B.Pharma, M.Pharma, and D.Pharma programmes based on the scores of OJEE/JEE Main. SIPS eligibility criteria are different and vary from course to course. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the course in which they are seeking admission to move further in the admission process. The OJEE conducts the counselling for SIPS after the candidate has qualified all the criteria given by the college, at the time of counselling the candidates are requested to carry all the required documents (photocopies along with original) to get their seat reserved.
