Shafi Degree College, Pilibhit,, was established in the year 2010 at Bisalpur, Uttar Pradesh. The affiliated college had grown manifold since its very inception by offering a wide variety of undergraduate courses. The campus, spread over a compact area of 1.235 acres, has a total student population of 779 as of now, with 10 dedicated faculty members. NCTE has accredited Shafi Degree College for its teacher education courses, assuring quality education is delivered to students. 

Shafi Degree College has a wide array of facilities to make student life much more enriching. It has a library that can rightly be termed a treasure house of knowledge with its collection of books and media resources in many subjects, which help enlighten young minds. It provides facilities for indoor and outdoor games like carrom, chess, badminton, tennis, football, and volleyball to the sports and physically inclined. A modern computer laboratory with high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity helps students to use technology in their learning process. There is also a medical facility assuring health and wellness through first-aid provisions and regular consultations with allopathic, Ayurvedic, and homeopathic doctors. It also maintains a canteen meant for refreshments and an air-conditioned auditorium for seminars, talks, and guest lectures by external professionals—accommodating 200 students at a time. 

Shafi Degree College offers a total of six full-time undergraduate courses, showing its commitment to providing diversified education opportunities towards the learners. The courses provided are BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, B.Ed, and D.El.Ed. 

The admission process in Shafi Degree College is different for different courses. Admission to B.Ed and D.El.Ed is made on the basis of merit, with regard to the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or the Entrance Examination. The admission policy prescribed by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university is strictly adhered to by the college. In the case of other undergraduate programmes, BA, BSc, BCom, and BCA probably come under meritorious admission.
