Shanti Amar Singh College of Education Pratapgarh, U.P was established in year 2017 thus it can be termed as nascent institution geared towards preparing teachers. This coeducational college is situated at Bubupur Katara, Sangipur, Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, and is an affiliated college recognised by the NCTE. It is an extremely small campus in total area of 1 acres and is currently accredited to enrol 86 total students. 

Shanti Amar Singh College of Education, Pratapgarh is affiliated with the college Prof Rajendra Singh University, Prayagraj. Shanti Amar Singh College of Education Pratapgarh has a variety of facilities with the aim of improving the comfort of studies of students. The campus has a fully endowed Health and Physical Education Resource Centre that consists of a Physical Education room, Health Centre and multipurpose playgrounds. The intended purpose of these facilities is to enhance the efficiency and all round development of pupil-teachers. Shanti Amar Singh College of Education focuses solely on teacher education, offering one full-time course: the Batches of the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme.
