Shivpati Mahavidyalaya, Siddharthnagar, which was started in 1964, is a co-educational college situated at Shohratgarh town of U.P. This much-acclaimed college is located in the 2-acre area and is imparting education through various numbers of undergraduate courses in the arts and science stream. The total strength of the students offered for admission in this college is 900, while there are 14 faculties present to teach the students. Recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Shivpati Mahavidyalaya conducts 4 courses in three types of degrees, focusing on arts, science, and education. 

Shivpati Mahavidyalaya has a variety of facilities that are aimed at improving the delivery of knowledge in the college by targeting the students. A reading room bestows knowledge, and a department-wise laboratory allows practical learning for science students. It also has a good IT laboratory, and the students are always knowledgeable about the current technological development. In events related to sports, the college has different amenities for those interested in the events. 

There are four full-time courses offered at Shivpati Mahavidyalaya in three degree programmes only. These are a BA programme, B.Sc. programmes in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, and Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry, and a B.Ed. programme.
