Shree Govind Teacher’s Training College was established in 2006 in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, and is one of the leading colleges providing education among the youths. This co-educational college is affiliated with the state university, and aims at preparing professional educators. Situated in a 3.35 acres land, the college provides various teacher training programmes to 195 students. The faculty has a strength of 31 dedicated teaching professionals and academicians and hence, the institute is maintaining a good student-teacher ratio ensuring maximum interaction and quality education.

In detail, Shree Govind Teacher’s Training College provides three regular programmes and they aim at the overall development of teachers. The college offers the B.Ed programme, with 100 students’ intake capacity that acts as the base of the college’s programmes. Also, each of the programmes is offered as composite courses as follows: BA B. Ed and B.Sc B.Ed with 50 student intake each. These four-year integrated programmes give the students the necessary elements of subject matter and teaching abilities for a whole teaching profession. 

Shree Govind Teacher’s Training College has a direct admission procedure, wherein the student has to secure the admission through their marks in the qualifying examination/entrance examination. The admission polices of the college go in line with the policies formulated by the state government, U.T. Administration and the university it is affiliated to.
