Shree Saptshrungi Ayurved Mahavidyalay and Hospital, Nashik, is one of the prominent institutions in the field of Ayurvedic education and health care. One such flagship course is BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery), for which 100 students are admitted annually. The college also offers a number of postgraduate programmes that include MD and MS in various specialisations of Ayurveda (5–6 seats each). The college also organises Ph.D. courses in various disciplines that make a strong reference to the area of advanced research in the field of Ayurvedic sciences.
