Shri Gaya Deen Mahavidyalaya, established in 2008, is an affiliated college situated at Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh. This co-educational campus spread over 2.94 acres, providing an atmosphere conducive to the growth of upcoming educators. The college has been noted for its noble cause of spreading teacher education and is duly recognised by NCTE. With an enrolment of 1,247 students and a faculty strength of 45, the institute maintains a conducive student-teacher ratio, thus delivering personalised attention and quality education.

Shri Gaya Deen Mahavidyalaya takes pride in its multi-dimensional facilities created to make learning an enriching experience. At the very core of academic resources lies a well-stocked library, with an extensive collection of books, journals, encyclopedias, and magazines. The library adheres to the NCTE guidelines for the B.Ed. course and has national and international journals subscribed. Shri Gaya Deen Mahavidyalaya offers two full-time courses in the field of education, catering to different levels of teacher training. The B.Ed programme, having an intake of 100 seats, has been designed for people who aspire to become secondary school teachers. The institution offers a Diploma in Elementary Education, D.El.Ed. with an intake of 50 students for those interested in primary education. All programmes are of two years duration, providing comprehensive training in pedagogy and educational theories. Thus, the total student intake for all courses offered by the institution comes to 150, and it reflects a proper approach toward teacher education on the institution's part. 

Admission into the Shri Gaya Deen Mahavidyalaya shall be made solely on the basis of merit and according to the policies of the State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and the affiliated University. For the B.Ed course, the admissions are made on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination and/or performance at the entrance examination. The D.El.Ed course is selected on a merit basis, considering the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test.
