SGSITS Ujjain: Admission 2026, Cutoff, Courses, Fees, Placements, Ranking

Shri Guru Sandipani Institute of Technology and Science, Ujjain (SGSITS Ujjain) is affiliate college founded in 2009. Situated at Ujjain of Madhya Pradesh India, this institution gives opportunity to build its identity in the field of engineering and technology. This college is a recognised institution of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and has come to academic lime-light in recent years. Stretched over a huge campus of 7.5 acres SGSITS Ujjain provides a right ambience to the students for their overall development. The total student intake in the institute is 739 students, and there are 54 members in the faculty, hence maintaining the ideal academic ratio of students and teachers.

Shri Guru Sandipani Institute of Technology and Science has equipped itself with various state of art infrastructures to facilitate its academic courses. A wide selection of books, journals, and references are available with current publications to support the different programmes of study of the university and e-journals which could be accessed by students locally and abroad. Accommodated with the modern tools and equipment, the well equipped laboratories offer studentpractical experience in their respective disciplines. This facility comprises of a large hall for holding seminar, workshops and cultural activities hence enhancing competence academic and cultural Activities. Those visitors who like sports and recreation have an opportunity to practice in indoor and outdoor facilities such as cricket, basketball and badminton. It also has a modern cafeteria for the students, Wi-Fi internet facility available throughout the campus, a separate hostel for boys and girls with proper security and facilities for mess twenty four hours.

Four programmes in B.Tech are offered at SGSITS Ujjain and they provide 4 courses which are three-years full time programme . Some of these programmes are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Earlier, the total course intake that was approved was 300 and the current distribution is computer science engineering=120 and the other three branches = 60 seats for each branch. These versatility of engineer disciplines makes it easier for student to pick a specialisation that suits his or her passion and ambition.

SGSITS Ujjain admits students through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main to major courses of study. All students who wish to pursue a programme in any of the university.faculties must undertake counseling and other admission processes. The institute is engaged in the JoSAA counseling procedure, which takes place once a year and covers admissions to engineering colleges of India. The JoSAA 2024 cutoff marks for three rounds of counselling have been declared by JoSAA for the new academic year. The fourth and fifth rounds of JoSAA seat allocation and counseling will be conducted on 10 July, 2024 and 17 July, 2024 respectively. The above-mentioned structure of admission helps give all deserving candidates the chance of getting admission to the programmes of their choice in SGSITS Ujjain.
